The Shaftesbury Ferry Crossing near Peace River Alberta is an extension of Alberta highway 740 between Highway 49 and the town of Peace River.

The Ferry runs during months that the Peace River is free of ice from 7:00 AM to 11:30 PM.
The ferry can transport several vehicles including large RV's and Tractor Trailers. Crossing is 5 minutes and there is no charge.
